Dua Lipa, aka Dua English artist and singer. She was born on 22 August 1995 in London United Kingdom. The singer-songwriter signed to Warner Bros Records in 2014 after she was an actress and then dropped her debut album, self-titled in the year 2017. It climbed to the third position on the U.K. Chart for Albums. The album released eight singles including Be The Only I.D.G.A.F. as well as New Rules (UK number one). It also rose at number 6 in the United States. Lipa won an award at the Brit Awards in 2018 for British Female Solo Artist as well as British Breakthrough Act, and her album has been certified as platinum across several countries around the world. Dua Lipa was the daughter of Kosovo Albanian parents Anesa A Rexha Lipa and Dukagjin Dukagjin in London she was born on August 22, 1995. By virtue of her maternal grandmother, she has Bosnian descent. Her ancestors also come from the Kosovo town Peja. Lipa's grandparents were both historians. Her siblings are Rina as well as Gjin. The father of Lipa, who was a guitarist and lead singer of Kosovan the band Oda has influenced her in a musical way.
